Owner Statement

As a professional interior designer, I appreciate how Kaiser Group took a 1950’s apartment and turned it into a simple yet VERY comfortable and up-to-date condominium for probably half the price of a comparable unit found in the Pearl District. I love the fact that most of the fixtures are in nickel finish, kitchen cabinets are made of solid wood, and almost all my floors are original oak and fir. Thank you for building such a wonderful place to come home to!
