Brothers Adam and Ben Kaiser officially started
Kaiser Group in 1993 in Portland, Oregon. After
three
home renovations in SW Portland, Adam returned
to the sun of Santa Cruz, CA and Ben started
work as
a project manager with Port West Properties,
Inc.

Over the next five years, Ben managed
the renovation of 30,000 square feet
of commercial space in the Pearl District,
including the Paragon and Bima
buildings. Projects also included the renovation
of over 130 condominium
units in projects such as the historic
Irving Classic at 2127 NW Irving, and
the Kings Hill Building at 730 SW King. |
After a two year sabbatical in Italy, Ben returned
to Portland and began work again as The Kaiser
Group, Inc. In an effort to keep density high and
commutes short, the Kaiser Group focuses on very
close in North and Northeast Portland projects
including both residential and commercial ventures.
The Kaiser Group creates affordable residential
and commercial space by creating the best use for
existing buildings.
